I had a really great experience with their customer service in 2019. I ordered some products and there was an issue with shipping and they were able to take care of it right away and they were incredibly nice about it and communicative. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service. Ordered an item to the UK and it ended up being returned at customs (UK's Royal Mail forgot to notify me). Travis arranged to have it resent to me and kept tabs on it's delivery till it arrived. Appreciate he extra level of service!
