I love Jimmy John's for their stellar speed and delicious foods! Although on one of my last orders an item was missed but I will still order and love my vito unwich at least weekly☺
Way too many onions for regular amount. Not sure if it was on accident but that’ll ruin a good sandwich quick. Usually 10/10. This time it missed the bar.
I order often. All of the staff I've spoke to on phone or at my home have been nice. I don't have a single complaint.
Bought sandwich on app, took home to have next day when I didn't have time to go get a lunch, open it up and it's not what I ordered at all....nnThis was not their first strike either, about 7 months ago their app wasn't working at all and showed no jj locations at all in the usa. so I called in and the rude guy on the phone said that it was probs my fault and that it was either me or my phone... Went in and said the same thing to the people in the establishment themselves and the rude guy loudly said, YEAH I TOLD YOU ALREADY BUDDY ITS YOU BLABLABLA..... while another employee was like no actually we've had like 6 people call in and say that....
New location, kind of small. But it's the only fast food place that's good downtown. You can tell they are understaffed but hopefully that will change with time. Staff is super fast and polite still.
