Sometimes it's good...sometimes it has much to be desired. The last time we went there, we got the wrong sandwiches for both we ordered. When we called them they didn't sound to inclined to help and made us come back and didn't really seem too sorry about making us come back or about their mistake. The owner was the one who had to offer a resolution. When employees are playing on their cellphones and sitting on the ice machine and you can see it from the drive thru window...it's not too impressive and it doesn't make a good impression. It'll be a while before we come back...even with the incentive offered.

Ordered my food and had to wait over an hour for my food. Called and they said they haven't checked the system.. love the food, not happy with the service.

That was the most unsanitary experience I’ve had in a long time. I’m so grossed out by the dirty store and staff with no gloves I can’t even eat the food I just purchased.

So I called and ordered a meal to be delivered and scheduled the delivery for 12pm. I was told on the phone he would be there at 12pm. My lunch break is only 30mins strictly. I called at 12:08pm and was told by a VERY SNOTTY worker that it’d be here in 10 mins. I told her this is my lunch break and she continued to be snotty and rude saying there’s nothing she could do with absolutely NO APOLOGIES! I then said I needed a refund and she once again very snotty said it’ll be on my card in three days... This woman had ABSOLUTELY NO customer service skills and was EXTREMELY RUDE. I will NEVER order from here again and I’d suggest no one else does either until they hire people with some sense. Smh ridiculous!

Expensive, delivery took an hour (2 sandwiches, pickles n bread. Only 1mile away & 8pm Sat night) sandwich smaller then usual, pickles covered in stuff they picked up while being cut or rolled on the floor ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f and had to sign and give delivery guy my receipt which had no total on it. Everything has an onion odor and taste as well. I HATE onions. I will not be ordering from Clairemont store again. London rd store ppl are always awesome and delivery is faster then I can figure out possible.
