Great service!
Quick and friendly. Got into my truck within a minute and I was on my way. For the price I wish I would have saved myself the two hours I attempted to get the keys out myself and called pop a lock immediately. Would recommend to anyone in the unfortunate situation of locking their keys in their vehicle.
Very good service and friendly. We accidentally locked our 2 year old in the car when we were bringing groceries in the house. Accidents happen! The guy was to our house within 12 to 15 minutes and had the door unlocked right away. He was super kind about it and it was free since our child was inside.
Absolutely useless do NOT call them! I lost my keys and was trying to access a second pair locked inside my car (an Audi). Pop a Lock was first on the AAA call list for some reason. An agent showed up, spent 15 minutes looking at my car from inside his own vehicle (it seemed like his girlfriend was in the car with him) only to get out and tell me he wasn’t allowed to open an Audi because it couldn’t be done. He told me he called AAA to send someone else. I asked him how long, and he said he didn’t know then drove off.nWaited 30 more min, called AAA again, and found that no one was actually on the way. After they once again sent another useless locksmith, I called Stars n Stripes Locksmith. He arrived faster than Pop a Lock, was a thousand times friendlier, and had the door open and undamaged within 5 minutes of arrival. I would recommend them over Pop a Lock any day.
