I’ve been doing the 21 day trial and after day one I knew this was the place for me. I haven’t met a coach I didn’t like and I enjoy going to class! Although EVERYONE is fantastic I especially enjoy Taylor and Nikole’s classes- they are both very motivating and upbeat! I’d recommend The Well to anyone!

If you want an awesome workout with experts to guide your practice, then you've got to check out The Well. Each session is unique, which keeps things interesting. The sessions are also really welcoming to newbies. Don't feel intimated! The community is kind and supportive.

I just finished up a year of working out at The Well. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with management or communication and decided I did not want to support the business. Here’s a breakdown of my experiences (concerns at end):nnPositives:nCoaches were amazing, friendly, kind! I really will miss them. They learn your name quickly, they've got tons of energy, and they are very helpful and encouraging. The workouts were almost always challenging (though some styles of workouts were better than others). There are modifications for everything, so it was really awesome to see people of completely different fitness levels working out together! Weekday classes are plentiful and work with anyone's schedule. Weekends only offer one class a day at this time. On-demand classes available, but not helpful if you're looking for an in-gym experience.nnConcerns:n*Price: They originally had a membership price of $84/mo. Then they got rid of that and changed to a dual membership with Latitude 44 (all yoga) for $99/mo. Not ideal for people who are more interested in strength-training/HIIT classes. Yoga isn't everyone's jam. There is a trial that earns a dollar off for each day you work out. Make sure you've worked out prior to starting this trial (so you're not completely sore for days and miss out on the opportunity to work out those days to get money off your membership).n*Cleanliness in gym was a major concern before COVID.. not sure how it is now. Lots of dog hair on/behind equipment (owner's dog was in there a lot, it seemed?), dirt/sand on the floor, and even blood on the floor (two different times). The bathrooms/shower rooms are sometimes very dirty. I really was concerned that the floors weren't swept/mopped regularly. They definitely weren't being cleaned between classes (even when there was plenty of time). I brought this to the attention of the coaches, but nothing really changed (not sure if they just didn't feel comfortable bringing it up or what). I finally brought it up via a private FB message and felt my concerns were dismissed. Not fun doing burpees or core work on a floor that isn't clean AND you're also very sweaty. There also shouldn't be dog hair all over the gym!n*They were offering 45 and 60 min classes before COVID. The 45s sometimes felt like they weren't enough of a workout to me (it was a 16 min Workout-Of-The-Day with a few minutes of core and a few minutes of cardio before and after). I personally would have liked more time spent on the intense workout, but that's maybe enough for some people. With COVID changing things, they stopped offering 60 min classes completely (at least as of when I ended my membership). I feel there's a bit too much time devoted to the pre/post yoga (and final relaxation pose for 4-5 minutes could be better spent on more workout, IMO).n*Guest passes have strict limitations. You can only bring a person one time ever. It must be a new person every time (and they must have never attended a class at The Well before). Most of this info was never explained to members clearly. Only after I brought up how unclear it was did they finally add a page to their website that made the rules more clear.n*Communication in general is poor. I expected much better communication around the time businesses were closing down, but The Well wasn't communicating anything... I reached out multiple times with questions, and once again I wasn't getting answers. Mailing lists not updated, so info doesn't always get to everyone it needs to get to. Often times, my questions weren't answered (possibly intentionally?) unless I posted on the members-only page. Replies from social media (whoever was in charge of it) were often dismissive or rude. I really didn't feel that their PR was professional. Perhaps it was a weird personal thing since I was willing to offer input and advice. Unfortunately, the feedback wasn't taken with grace.nnI wish all of the coaches good luck!

The Well is such a fun & welcoming environment to get a good workout! I always enjoy my time here and feel amazing after the workouts. The coaches are uplifting, always offer modifications, and always remind you to take the moves at your own pace. Great community to be a part of.

I really enjoy that you begin with yoga stretches to get your body warmed up, then there is always core, always strength, always cardio, and ending with yoga stretches. It's a complete work out in one 45 minute session! It's close to my house, it's pricing is extremely affordable, and I enjoy the coaches and community!
