I have had poor posture for many years and I reached out to Aaron at Functional Aesthetics to help me build strength and correct my posture. Aaron created a specific plan for me and worked with me to learn the exercises.nnDuring our sessions we discovered that I have weakness in one of my glutes and it was causing foot problems for me. Aaron is very good at explaining how everything is connected and one weakness will effect other areas.nnAfter 3 months of working with him, I have better posture and am stronger. I will continue to use Aaron's expertise to increase my overall health.
I met Aaron at the Fitness Expo in Eau Claire and won free seasons as a part of his drawing. Walking in I didn't really know what to expect but it was a pretty cool experience. I was injured when I was a child and had postural issues and he helped me with stretches and exercises each week and had me perform the exercise and took pictures and had me explain it in my own words so I could understand it better when I did it at home. He's very friendly and welcoming to make you feel comfortable and was very flexible with appointments if something came up. He's very good at what he does and shows a great deal of passion and makes sure you get everything you need to reach your goals!
Aaron is always well-prepared for our individualized training sessions. He provides a detailed plan and is consistently checking in to be sure I am meeting my goals.
Very knowledgeable about bodybuilding and mobility training. Great job explaining what muscle we stretch before a specific exercise and how to execute the exercises correctly. Liked how he explained what issues can limit your workout growth by imbalance. Can’t wait for the next class, I’ll be back!
