Nick is phenomenal. The workouts at QuickHIT Fitness Lab are unlike any other and offer a multitude of benefits from lasting results, fitness gains, training your nervous system, muscles and much more. I have seen tremendous growth in my own fitness within a few workouts. If you are a gym goer you will love these workouts. If you are not a gym person this is the perfect place for you because the sessions are one on one and progress at your pace. WIth Nick you are in great hands. As a trainer he is extremely knowledgeable and has years of experience. QuickHIT Fitness Lab is a unique and tremendous addition to the fitness landscape in Eau Claire!
