Walked in and was greeted right away. Friendly service and both made it easy to find some great suits for my husband’s birthday. Very pleased. Only wish the tailor wasn’t so busy as we couldn’t bring the new suits home. Excited for our pickup next weekend!

Not impressed at all with service my fiance and i went in to pick up tux 2 days before wedding cuz everything was supposedly ready and they had nothing on file that i was even there! To top it off had multiple problems with giving my groomsmen the rite shoe size or even shoes at all. Went in day before wedding and told us we had to pay for my tux even though person working told me free clothing from store or free tux rental for myself with so many ordered but apparently all changes when you get there. will not be recommending to anyone in the future

The staff seemed overwhelmed in the store. There was only 2 employees working on a busy Saturday. I had an appointment at 12:30 for a fitting and measurements. Over the phone they said it would take 15 minutes tops. When I arrived, the door was locked. After repeadily knocking on the door and not receiving a response, I called the store. No one answered the phone, so I called back again. After 3 times someone finally came to the door, and said oh you must be the 12:30. It was 12:45 at this point. The fitting went well, and they put pins in the pants to tailor to my size. However, they did not remove the pins and when I took the pants off they left a long scratch down my calf. (See photo). By the time I left the store it was 1:20. Unfortunately this is the only men's Wearhouse around. I would avoid this store if possible and drive to Woodbury, it's worth it!
