Super rude older lady manager has red hair and wears way too much makeup. Was very mean and which was not necessary at all since I was being nice. Horrible customer service, hope she sees this bc she should not be working in retail. She wasn’t helpful at all just kept repeating the return policy which I know but was hoping to return something that came in the mail without any tags but she said it can’t be returned without a tag attached. I know that but it’s not my fault the shipping center messed up on my order, also it wasn’t clearance which she thought it was. I didn’t argue with her at all either but she had this scathing tone when it was not needed!
This is a lovely boutiquey style store. They carry a really good looking array of clothing and accessories. I often find something I love here.
Perfect!! So attentive and friendly. It really boosts a person's confidence when you are trying to find an outfit for a special occasion and someone is asking to see when you try it on and gives you compliments! :)

all this location is good for is watching shoplifters, I’m not one of them but they always follow me around (not even saying hello to begin with) really annoying, it’s not like I have a outfit from Francesca’s on or anything ud83dude44
