Staff was super friendly, the store was clean, and they had some neat displays
I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store before. We went there today (10/23) with my 14 year old son around 5 p.m. There were 3 people working and we were the only ones in the store. No one greeted us or asked us if we needed any help, they just stood behind the counter on their phones & drawing. I was in such a rush to leave because they had no consideration for us because they BLARED rap music that kept saying the N**** word. Get associates that actually care to work in retail.
Zumiez is Awesome!! The staff is Amazing!! We Love Zumiez in Eau Claire!!! They always go above and Beyond!!! Our Daughter loves her new clothes!!
The works are really nice and very helpful with everything I was looking for.
We took our son into the store for a Skateboard. Nate the store manager was amazing. He took time out to help our son get the right board and all the accessories. He took time to explain the diffrences between products and tell him some back stories. We are very pleased with his service and will be looking forward to coming back with any of our needs!!!
