This was my first stop in Cherry Pickers and it will more than likely be my last. The experience with the staff was very awkward. When I came in to drop off items for them to look at, the associate was less than enthusiastic-she gave a cursory greeting and barely smiled. However, she was a rock star compared to the associate who was working when I went in to pick up my items. That associate was sitting in a corner near the counter on her phone. I waited for several minutes for a clerk to notice me. There were two other customers in the store and I wasn't sure if the person in the corner was a worker or if she was with the other two customers. She even looked at me once and didn't acknowledge me. She went right back to her phone. I left for about 10 minutes. When I got back she was behind the counter and took care of paying me for my items. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and will not go back.

I don't even go there anymore. The staff was so awkward the last time I was there. In fact, every time I went there. It's pretty boring and should be replaced by a more fun store.

I like the store, but selling clothes there is awful. They only took my clothes with tags still on them, and an under armour sweatshirt. I got $8 for four items. Three brand new and one high brand. They took no other clothes I offered, some being aeropostale. I was just kind of surprised because some of the clothes I've seen there are very old looking, gaudy, or ugly. I didnt understand why more of mine weren't taken. I had nice clothes that appeal to teenagers. I felt like I was paid really poorly for what she took as well. I should have just told her no and tried to sell them myself.
