This pharmacy is very understaffed and they are not Organized. Every time I go I at least have to wait 30 minutes in the drive through or in the store even after my prescription has been filled. I also was told to loop around the drive through 2 times while waiting for the pharmacist to count my prescription that was supposed to already be filed
Blonde cashier Gal that works the night shift, September 7th at 11:30 pm, is quite frankly rude, sarcastic and short when it comes to customer service. One would expect a pleasant demeanor when coming in, but not her..very dissatisfied with her customer relations..if you dont like people or your job, work elsewhere!
I live an hour away. I finally got approved for my medication. I tried to call both Walgreens in Eau Claire. The one the script was originally sent to and the other. As soon as you say help me with something else the auto girl says she will get someone then a few seconds later it hangs up on you. This happened last month with my spouses medication. I am switching pharmacist where you can talk to someone when needed. Would not recommend them for pharmacy needs.
Very disappointed!!! After waiting almost 3 hours, and talked to 3 different employees, they tell me my prescription is an OTC and I could buy it in the store!! I will not use Walgreens Pharmacy again!!
Terrible unprofessional pharmacy that is rude and slow. Should not take 3 days for a returned phone call or over 2hrs to fill a prescription.
