I want to give a shout out to John, Sherman, Greg P. and detail team that got our new Rogue deal all done especially seeing it was late on a Saturday and only an hour before closing! Thanks guys so much was a great buying experience! We recommend everyone I know to buy there next vehicle from this dealership!

Called to make an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and over-all vehicle inspection. I was told I didn't need an appointment, to just come in. I was a little worried I'd end up waiting longer if I did that but it turns out, everything went great. I was in and out of there is less than an hour, not much waiting at all. Thanks to all in the service department for being so helpful, and friendly every single time I visit!

The service department is mis-leading. Diagnosed the truck with 1 repair necessary. I ok'd replacing to fix the truck. Then got a call back whoops. Now your brake booster tests bad too. That'll be another $1500 to fix. Ahh No THANK-YOU. Why diagnose in the 1st place and charge diagnostic fees. So basically spent $450 and got the truck towed home to work on myself.

Stopped for scheduled maintenance. Made an appointment online and I was greeted by the service personnel while parking my car and arriving 15 minutes early. The entire area was very clean and great measures were being taken to protect everyone from COVID-19. The car checked out okay, but my cabin air filter badly needed replacing. I was shown the one being removed and its replacement was comparably priced with auto parts stores. I was also done 20 minutes earlier that anticipated. Great service and friendly staff! It's one of the reasons I keep coming back to Nissan and this dealership.

My family and I have been purchasing vehicles from Eau Claire Auto Group and Nissan for 25 years. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Sherman at Eau Claire Nissan and once again the customer service was exceptional. I’ve never once had a negative experience there and their service center is incredible too. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through them. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers.
