Very shady businessnTold sales person I would buy the vehicle and be in the next day to buy. Was told I needed to put a non refundable deposit of $1000 down or vehicle was going to auction. Came in the next day and vehicle was gone to auction. At least they’re honest I guess.nShould trust customers, especially repeat customers. I guess having bought two vehicles from them previously wasn’t enough for them to trust my word.
I had a good experience with Dustin. He was very patient and not pushy and was able to get me a good deal with what I was looking for. The service department was also very efficient and did a great job on fixing the console and the rust proofing and protection package. Char
Our process probably took about 4 hours if not more, but out sales man, Michael T. He was very patient, understanding and outgoing! If anything talking to him was the best part! From the time we got there till the time we left he took great care of us. I’m VERY pleased! We had left one of the buildings to finish out the process and he took it upon himself to come and check up on us every couple of times. Definitely need more business people like him!
Purchased a used genesis coupe at this dealership from Michigan and made the drive to come pick it up. I have nothing but kinds things to say about this dealership and it has been the best dealership experience I've ever had. Chandler is a young, kind, motivated car salesman that does not pressure into buying. Not only did they give me a great deal, but also made sure I got home safe, offered a warranty, and checked up the following weeks to make sure the car was still running great. Awesome place to buy a car and highly reccommend buying here no matter what part of the country you live in! Ask for chandler!
