I am very satisfied with my vehicle and buying experience. Nice selection and the vehicle I purchased was very clean and clearly well inspected. The staff was very accommodating and worked with me and my lender outside of normal business hours to meet my immediate need to replace my former vehicle. I have referred people based upon my great experience and will continue to do so based upon the positive feed back from those I referred.

After searching around the different car lots for what I was needing, I found it here. It'll be a year that I've had it and it's been exactly what I needed. I've not had any issues with it at all. I was informed upfront about little things. Very honest business. I feel strongly that they would be upfront on any issues they have been made aware of.nI will most definitely use them again. I recommend them to people all the time.

I had a wonderful experience with a very experienced and knowlegeable sales team. They placed me in the perfect vehicle to meet my stated needs. My next car need I will definitely return and will recommend the stellar service and follow up to my friends and family.

The sales person here was very nice. We didn't buy the car as my wife didn't care for it but it was clean and in good shape as well.

We had a very unfortunate experience. In October of 2019, my very pregnant wife and I purchased a 2010 Kia Forte with approximately 55,000 miles. The salesman told us he has previously worked at the local Kia dealership and expressed no concerns about the vehicle we were purchasing ‘as is.’ I told him this would be our family car and he stated he had no issues at all with this particular vehicle or model.nnSeveral weeks later, we were contacted by the WI DMV because the paperwork had been filed incorrectly by the dealership. I contacted them via FB messenger and it was corrected.nnFive months and roughly 7,000 miles after the purchase, the engine developed a knock. I brought the car to the local Kia dealership for diagnosis. I came to learn these specific motors were notoriously faulty and ours was not covered under warranty. I also came to learn the 10-year/100,000 mile warranty Kia offers is non-transferable.nnThe Kia dealership recommended an installation of a new used motor at a price of +$5,000. In explaining the original purchase of this vehicle, I came to learn this particular sales person had been fired from this Kia dealership.nnI did reach out to the dealership out this matter and have not been recontacted. My previously answered FB messages now have gone unanswered and when I proposed a solution, the conversation was apparently deleted.nnIt is my suspicion this sales person was fully aware of the reported issues with this motor and particular model. Sadly, our situation does not qualify under any ‘lemon law.’ We have joined a class action suit against Kia, which is still pending at this time.nnAs a small business owner, I understand the fine margins involved in making a profit. What I do not understand is failing to communicate with a customer and at least hear their concerns.
