Went here today service was awesome, I don't know how the other tax pros are but Nicholas Hortsman was so great he explained everything all the way through the process so if you can get him you will be very happy with your experience he is great....

Booked an appointment online. Showed up before scheduled time and waited until they were available. Politely approached the one employee and said that I had an appointment at noon. I was responded to rudely that she already had a client. I rescheduled for an hour later. After an hour I returned to find someone else being helped. I received no call. I wouldn't suggest Jackson Hewitt to anyone. Wasted my time and energy.
