The past 6+ years of being (and FEELING like) a valued and appreciated part of the Little Sprouts team in Menomonie was one of the best decisions I have ever made.nThe office team ~ Mr. Joe, Ms. Lucy, Ms. Megan and Ms. Gabby have always been uplifting, supportive and encouraging. They work tirelessly to help anyone who reaches out to them and makes certain they are doing the very best they can to help at all times. The team knows how much they do...and it shows in the quality team members they hire at Little Sprouts!nI know if I ever need anything I can always turn to them~ that is what family does for each other and working at Little Sprouts is more like a supportive family that is always there to listen and help in any way they can. Best job I have ever had besides being a mom! I love and will always love Little Sprouts ~ my home away from home!
Our kids loved their time at Little Sprouts. Our daughter was there for 8 years and our son from birth through 6 years old! They both completed an excellent 4k program that had them ready for Kindergarten. I always felt our children were 100% safe while they were there. Once they started before school care there, I also felt confident they were taken care of and got to where they needed to go. The organization, care and communication that goes into Little Sprouts Academy is top notch and I’d recommend this place to any parent.
I had the great privilege of being Director of Little Sprouts Academy for two years! I was blessed to work in an environment with high standards and an amazing culture that felt like home! The service from the Office Crew, to the gifted Kitchen staff, to the highly talented Lead and Assistant Teachers is like watching a well-oiled machine! The love for families and students is genuine! Family took us to another state, thus my departure. But if I had a need for childcare, my children would go to only one place....Little Sprouts Academy, Menomonie. A lighthouse of hope and a home away from home for the families of Little Sprouts and the surrounding community.
This is a phenomenal daycare!! The food service is incredible (lots of diversity and healthy, organic choices), the care was excellent, and our child loved it. We have sent our kids to a number of different daycares (after moving away from Menomonie) and this one by far tops them all. They were also very accommodating to our needs for our baby (as far as cloth diapers, breast feeding and milk storage, etc.).
This place is great! I feel that they all genuinely care for my child and have his best interests at heart. Feeling safe leaving my child here is a priceless feeling!
