Great environment! People here are very welcoming and willing to help. I have learned alot about exercise and nutrition! The workouts are fun and upbeat and I look forward to the workouts even though I'm totally spent afterwards. Great place definitely would recommend you to check it out.
Watch out for Machine Shed. They continue to charge you once your membership is done and will not refund. Husband was with them and had no trouble paying through Covid despite not being able to actually use their gym or having facilities at home. Basically paid them for something we functionally couldn’t use. Which was fine we wanted to support them until we got a bill for another month. We reached out and where not met with the same respect and understanding. We were overall very happy with there gym, staff and atmosphere. Very disappointed.
