We are so thankful to have come across Menomonie Health and Fitness while looking for a gym to attend for our week long stay in the area. Clean, friendly, accommodating, reasonable. A separate room for stretching, etc and all equipment we would ever need. We will be back!!! Thank you for such a positive experience!

Decent, cozy facility. Equipment in good condition. Plenty of options without feeling too cramped. Just needs hand sanitizing stations!
Great environment, friendly staff and other gym goers. It's a smaller gym but its cozy and very focused on heavy lifting.
Awesome gym! 24/7 access is very convenient and the owners are great, friendly people. There's something for everyone here.
