The Menomonie store manager was very helpful regarding an important matter, she called me back to keep me informed, directed me to a guy in corporate who kindly completed the request for us. Great genuine customer service which is getting harder to come by these days.

Girls working there were awesome and they gave me lots of help. I ended up buying a beautiful jacket and sweater. It will probably promote me to stop there again! And I save 40% on my whole order which actually cut the cost in half!
