I was able to book an appointment about 2 hours before I needed service, which was very convenient. The staff was very kind and helpful and my vehicle was ready within half an hour. Wonderful service! I also really enjoyed the video of the inspection that was sent to me.
Very helpful and friendly staff took care of my vehicle maintenance but was disappointing that I don't get my vehicle detailed with a service as I have had that experience with other dealerships and it is fantastic to pick up your vehicle clean inside and out its sad that customers don't get that kinda special treatment anymore considering the amount of money the dealer makes off them I'm afraid I'll likely choose a different dealer in Menomonie for service next time only because of this fact otherwise been happy with the service at johnson motors MHO
