Fast & friendly service whether by walk-in, pick-up or delivery. Great menu options, delicious food, competitive prices.
I recently ordered delivery and Pizza Hut called me back and left a message about my order not able to be delivered on time because some issue with driver. They asked in the message if possible they can deliver in 30 more minutes when another driver starts shift. I tried calling several times and No Answer. I drove down there to see what was the issue and they canceled my order. The gentleman asked me what my order was and I told him two Med pizzas and 4pack of soda. As I pulled out my cars to pay He said no worries it's on Us! Free š. Thanks Pizza Hut
Worst ever! I don't know where to begin. The pictures explains it all. The customer service was horrible. A complete nightmare. The employees asked what I was there for, gave them my order and still made me wait another half hour after I get there for a pickup. There was another customer waiting when I got there who had been waiting longer than they had expected. Please be sure to check your pizza before leaving from this place. I sure wish I had. I drove too far home to not have enough time to take it back. I was craving a pan pizza too. I hope they stepped up their game.
Delivery was 25-30 min later than ETA. Then one of our pastas was cold and the chicken was Raw. Iāve been on the phone for over an hr trying to call and no answer... our cookie was also cold and the pizza was warm. Never had a bad experience with them but today they went all out in messing up the order.. the raw chicken was the worst!
