O. M. G This place had great sandwiches and the soup was so good even my girls ate it. Definitely go back again
Ordered 2 times in a week. Both times the orders were WAY off. The most interesting mistake was the no Mac n cheese but 7 packs of crackers... both times 1/2 sandwiches instead of whole.nThe plus side is when I called the lady who answered the phone apologized and resent the order correctly. I appreciated that but whoever is filling the order should probably look at the order that is attached to the bag to insure it is correct.
Food tasted good. However the pictures make the sandwiches look like there’s 5 times as much filling than there really is. When I unwrapped my sandwich it looked like I got an empty bread roll. Nope, the meat was just hiding.
The food here isn’t extravagant and is very over rated especially because of the bad customer service. I ordered 2 sandwiches an 2 soups. Both sandwiches came smooshed, one had a sauce that I specifically said no to and the other was ungutted. This wasn’t a huge problem but i called and they decided to be rude and contradict everything I said. They said they’d give me a gift card in the mail. great right? no because 2 minutes later I opened up my soup and it had a long black hair. I called again and they said it was weird that i ate my food later than i got and they implied we were lying and that the hair didn’t come from them when the soup hadn’t been opened yet.
