My battery was dead, the only place I’ve ever gone to to have it replaced was closed, of course. Called Triple A, they sent me a professional and friendly guy from Virgils. He quickly diagnosed my problem, wasn’t pushy at all and offered to replace my battery on the spot for significantly less than my other “place”. I said YES PLEASE, and he had my new battery installed and my van back up and running within minutes. So grateful. You guys are amazing!

The tow truck driver tried to fix the issue (we both thought it might be the battery). When it became obvious that it wasn’t the battery, he loaded the car quickly. All the while, he was very polite, friendly, and personable. I would definitely recommend Virgil’s for towing!!

I’d like my purse in my car while visiting the great Lakes aquarium in Duluth, Minnesota. I called AAA and Virgil’s towing was there in less than half an hour. It took him just a few minutes to get into my car and I was on my way. I was very happy at the time it took for a problem to be solved.
