Most unreliable company I have ever tried to deal with. Supposed to service my treadmill and I called over 6 times and left multiple voicemails, they NEVER call back. Do not waste your time or money with them.
Horrible company. I am experiencing the same issues as other reviewers. I purchased an extended warranty on a Nordic Track treadmill purchased through Sears. Northern Fitness Solutions is the company that is contracted to complete the annual maintenance and service. I have called them daily for over a week, left multiple messages, and they will not call back. Also, of course, they NEVER answer the phone. It goes to voicemail every time I call. If there were a way to leave zero stars I would as well. This company is a complete fraud - collecting contract money and never providing the service.
Is there an opportunity to leave negative stars? This company was contracted to perform in home service work on a NordicTrack treadmill purchased at Sears. I left multiple messages for Northern Fitness Solutions, but they don't have the common decency to even return a phone call. I paid $379.99 for an extended warranty. This company is paid by the company that sold the warranty. Since these guys can't return a call, my service contract was cancelled, without receiving service, and I received a $69.00 refund check. I paid $310.00 for the privilege of owning a worthless piece of paper since 2015. If you want responsive customer service, avoid this company.
