Let’s talk about that pharmacy staff. Rude, quick to push you off, unavailable (stood in line waiting to be acknowledged for way too long), while employees stand around chit-chatting. Meanwhile, I have a 30 minute wait for breathing medication because they’re “really backed up”. Maybe if you quit talking and started working you wouldn’t be behind? Sent my Rx here because I didn’t want to give Essentia any money, which I hadn’t made this decision. Essentia is at least quick and polite at their pharmacies. I don’t leave bad reviews, I just move on, but while I sit and wait for my medication to be filled I’ve watched the pharmacist wave at people, employees go in and out from behind the counter, and it’s just super unprofessional.

See the empty shelves here!?!nYOUR WELCOME Walgreens.nI bought a bunch of stocking stuffers here at Walgreens tonight.nThey actually make great stocking stuffers believe it or not.nI’ll definitely be back for there many choices of Christmas stocks I never seen socks like the ones they sell here.nWith Walgreens once there gone there gone they don’t come back.nIt’s like a Limited addition with a lot of there small gifts that you can’t get at Walmart.nI give 4 stars for rude customer service.nNo hi no have a nice night NOTHING..nIF YOU DON’T LIKE POEPLE THAN YOU SHOULDN’T BE IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE. Other than that love Walgreens for small gifts very pricey but worth it.

I never will give any of my services to the pharmacy or the store. I kindly come to pick up my son's medication, in which insurance didn't want to pay for, so instead of being polite about it she was nothing but rude and disgusting with me. I ended up going into the store and the pharmacy manager was just as rude as she was. Refused to give me any names or identification numbers to file my complaint.

I was in the drive-thru a few days ago, and was behind a person who was screaming at the pharmacy worker so loud, I could hear her from my car. I felt very bad for the worker, as I am sure it was nothing that was her fault. I then had to come inside to wait for my prescription, and saw a lady yelling very rudely at the pharmacist. Telling him she wanted his information. How embarrassing, for adults to act like that. I’m guessing people don’t go to their doctor’s office yelling like lunatics and demanding this or that. It’s unfortunate that others treat people with such disrespect.nI’ve never had any problems at Walgreens, the staff has always been nothing but kind and helpful.
