Never answers the phone or returned calls therefore made reservation through Viator.com on 7/26. Beaver Air cancelled and refunded on 8/1 stating we can't make a reservation for 8/14 because weather is unpredictable we just need to show up. On 8/14 went to Beaver Air Tours an no one was there - they finally called back and they could not find a pilot available !?! VERY disappointing. We were excited about the Madeline Island tour but this company doesn't allow reservations how do you plan for a vacation trip ?
Friendly staff, very conscious of cleanliness during these crazy times, and an incredible experience! Highly recommend doing the doors off experience for the best views.
I surprised my boyfriend with a flight on johns seaplane for his birthday. I called ahead with a few questions and John was very kind and explained the whole experience very well. We arrived about 10 min early with an easy place to park. John was very informative about not only the city of Duluth but any questions you could think of. The flight was beautiful and there truly isn’t a bad seat In the plane. Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for some fun while in Duluth!
