I normally don't write reviews, however I'm pretty upset at this time. We called over a week ago to schedule our appointment to have our taxes done. We just received a phone call (7 days after scheduling the appointment) from this office stating that they are not taking on new clients. Why in the world did you wait to long to call us back to let us know you aren't taking on new clients?
