Shout out to the service department especially Adam. Compass on my Jeep was acting crazy which affected the navigation system. Adam knew exactly what it was and took care of it and with a friendly smile. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted with an unexpected surprise when I got into my Jeep, the interior was wiped down, floor mats were vacuumed, I think it was even run through the car wash. ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

Terrible experience and customer service, particularly in their communication. Was in town for the holidays (Thanksgiving) and dropped my vehicle off late Tuesday morning as it wouldn't start. While they couldn't guarantee anything that day, I was told they would try to get it in that afternoon to look at with no certainly they could fix. But at least I'd know if I'd need to take it elsewhere. Having them look Tuesday would have been hopeful but the car sat ALL DAY Wednesday as well and when I called Friday to see if they would get it in I was told no. Had to pay for a tow to Appleton Friday that I could have just done Tuesday and because of that, had to find another car to get home over the weekend.

Big shout out to the 2 gentlemen at the service counter. On my way up to door county camping my check engine light came on. We stopped in and they were able to read the code and let me know that it was something that did not need to be fixed asap.
