Flew in from across the country to get the exact RV that i wanted. The sales person was friendly and returned my emails right away. I got in late to Green Bay and stayed near the airport. Without me even asking, they offered to pick me up 40 minutes away. When the driver got there in the morning, to my surprise it was the president of the company! When we arrived the RV was staged for a full walk through and inspection. The technician would have stayed and answered every question i had but i didn't have many as i have owned 2 RV's prior to this one. After we signed all the paperwork, Steve the owner, offered to take me on a scenic tour of Sturgeon Bay before driving me back to the airport! They took care of all my concerns and made me feel like a king! I would definitely buy from them again.
We just bought a toy hauler from them and from the first sight of it I called and talked to Kevin who immediately was attentive and went out of his way immediately. Then when we can’t to take a look we found a few things that required fixing and they definitely took that in to account! We received news that our old camper was sold so we had to bump up the time table to get this one, everyone from service , thank you to Julie and a huge shout out to joe who stayed late to fix the hauler so we could have it in time for our trip! And another big thank you to the boss man who will be personally delivering our hauler! We highly recommend this place as they also had some parts in stock other places did not!
I worked with Emily and she was absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to find the perfect RV that fit my needs! Highly recommend working with her!
We recently had an issue with our 5th wheel. The sewer line broke as I was disconnecting it at our campsite in Bailey's Harbor, WI. On a whim, we pulled in to Quietwoods as we passed by just hoping they may be able to help us. Allison (Service Manager) gave us priority and assigned one of her techs (Jim) to the job. An hour later, we had a fully repaired sewer outlet pipe and were on our way to the rest of our vacation. Thank you so much to the Quietwoods team. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good about them.
Their sales department was great. Answered all my questions. Their service department sucks! I bought a brand new camper and had it 5 days before it started to leak. Brought it back and they had it for a month. There is a woman named Allison in the service department that is very rude and dismissive of everything I was saying. She lacks the skills to be in any customer service position.
