I brought my boat here cause I ran rich fuel through it and was not getting fuel to the cylinders. I told them this scenario and said my carbs probably need to be cleaned, they said they would take a look at it. I get a call 45 min. later and was told my motor is shot cause I have the wrong spark plug in it and burned a hole through the piston( the mechanic that told me this is the same guy that sold me the spark plugs a year ago and ran my boat just fine). So I knew this was incorrect and I pay them for doing nothing I asked them to do. Bring the boat home clean the carbs myself when I wanted a professional to do it, get it put back together drop it in the water starts up right away and runs like a top. All this place did was waste my time(Holliday weekend) and my money.I called the next day to inform them that they got it wrong and did nothing I asked of them and the lady on the phone just insisted that they don't make mistakes. My response is yes you do, apparently you sold me the wrong plugs last year(Lee) and this year you tell me my motor is shot(Lee)! You think the least they would do is refund me seeing they did nothing I asked of them and almost had me buying a new motor costing thousands of dollars had I not wrenched on it myself. If they have some decency refund me after this post I will follow up with an update.
