So I know this is technically a review for the boat launch, but that is the boring part and I really want to talk about the lake.nBut first, the boat launch was clean and allowed my to push my kayak into the water. There is a fee for trailers dropping off boats.nThe lake, however, was the place to be and not the boat launch. We put in our kayak midmorning on a relatively calm, sunny day. The lake, while not big, was spacious. I have a bunch that in the afternoon it likely filled up with boats but the morning was good for kayaking.nWe zipped around 3/4 of the lake with ease. The water was very clean and clear. Could almost always see the bottom (depth averaged 6 feet). If I knew I could get back in my kayak easily, I would have jumped in for a swim.nThe wife and I loved the lake so much, were talking about buying a cabin on it.
It is a great 1 ramp to launch and retrieve.
