My family and I have lived in Watertown for five years now and finally decided to try Phil's. It was great!!! The lady cooking the food was super nice. The pizza was perfect from the crust to the cheese. The gryro was delicious. Prices were very affordable. What have we been doing these past five years???? We will be back for sure and will call Phil's our new go to spot. Anyone looking for legit crispy pizza then hit this place up. We plan to order through the menu to try more things next time.

First and last time customer. Sign on outside said one customer at a time. It was me and my 7 year old daughter. We went in to place the order. I did not have a mask on. Normally do wear them but at that moment was out of stock. Woman taking the order was very nice. Second woman came around and my daughter asked if the lobby was open. Second woman chastised my daughter stating because of people like us they cant have their lobby open. Yelled at us for having 2 people in the store not wearing a mask. I understand the frustration but aiming it at first time customers does not leavs a great impression. I gave it a 2 star because although i felt embarressed to order food it wasnt that bad which is too bad because thats the last time ill go back.

Lots of changes. No more delivery, no more table wait staff (sit down look at menu and go to register and place order yourself when ready, they still bring your food to the table) fill your own soda from fountain, new french fries, prices have changed very slightly, added a T.V to dinning room, don't forget to request silverware it's not always given without a request. Not sure if I like the changes. It's different, may take more time to enjoy. Still tastes as good as it always has.
