I had six keys made, and one did not open my lock. I emailed to ask if I could get a refund for that one key, and they responded immediately and refunded my entire bill! I will always look for a KeyMe anytime I need a key now. Great customer service, and product
I was dubious when I compared the first duplicate key to the original. They were similar but I could see differences. I gave KeyMe the benefit of the doubt and made a large group of keys, some to take immediately and some to be sent to me later in the week. To my delight the keys all work.
Will never answer and when they do they never have a mechanic to redo our car key in our area and we called like over twelve times and never was a mechanic avail nor could she tell me when there would be one
