Great sale prices
Comparing prices on some things and they were higher. Didn't find what I was looking for either. I do shop here periodically, good people.
Very quiet inside. The usual prices for a Dunhams sport shop. (A little overpriced). Staff were friendly and nice. Thanks guys.
Purchased the .380 Cobra and was waiting for the background check to go thru and the manager and associate apologized and treated me incredibly awesome during the waiting Period which was something that was absolutely out og their control. The manager was awesome!!
Worst customer service, and lies from 3 different people! Did all paper work for background check, then they “forgot to submit it” after that I called 2 days later and said oh we couldn’t submit it because you didn’t pay the 10$ fee!!!! No calls about it or anything! AND I ASKED THE DAY I FILLED OUT THE PAPER WORK if I needed to pay that up front and they said no! Other people were in there complaining that they’ve been waiting WEEKS for there back rounds to even be submitted! I would not recommend at all!!! Fleet farm in beaver dam is so much better! With a staff that is courteous and truthful I am out the back round check money as well as the drive 3 diffrent times, and the lies!
