I have bought 2 vehicles from countryside because Kyle Buss is incredible and can find anything you are looking for! The service department though lacks the professionalism of the sales department. Austin the service writer is very rude and unpersonable! The mechanics are definitely not the elite technicians you would expect from this dealership. I will buy another car from countryside, but never deal with the service department!

I had a new tire put on the car around Christmas 2019. It constantly leaked air. I needed to put air in every 3-4 days. When I recently was in there to have the oil changed I asked them to take a look at it. They said it was a bad valve stem and replaced it. This email went to my junk mail and I just noticed it. The tire still leaks air so it’s obviously not the valve stem like I was charged for. I will be stopping in to have it looked at again in the next couple of weeks.

Went for an oil change but was left in the waiting room (with mask) with others for over an hour. Would have gone outside but no chairs so I was forced to wait with the others. When I went to find out what was taking so long they advised it was ready.nTurns out they did a lot of other services which I appreciated but did not request, hence the long wait time.nGreat service. Very happy with the end result.nMaybe during Covid times let us know how long our wait time with others may be?nThanks, and I will be back.
