Summit Ford was excellent in helping me find that diamond in the rough of a million used vehicles. The staff was helpful and timely in my buying experience. They even moved a truck from there sister dealer to the dealership closest to me, that is called going the extra mile and I would recommend Madison Boer of Summit for your sales person. He did a great job for me.
I brought my car in to have the clutches checked out, when they told me they needed to be replaced they were willing to do it the same day! I had my car back 6 hours later and it felt like I was driving a brand new car. Plus the customer service was awesome.
Worked with us on price, after a bit of tug-of-war, and was very happy with that. Was a little disappointed that we gave Summit Ford a 3 day heads-up and THEY scheduled the time of pick-up for 9am. When we arrived, they thought we were financing with them, previous conversation we stated we were not. Also, when we arrived the vehicle hadn't even been pulled into detailing to be cleaned and ready for us upon arrival. Wish there was better communication between their sales, financing, shop, and management. Overall we got the vehicle we were looking for, but it could have been a smoother transaction and less waiting around.
Ryan in sales was great to deal with and followed through with everything he told me he would do. Every one we dealt with was no bs happy go lucky. First time in a long time I didn’t feel like I needed a shower after leaving some sort of dealership. Thanks for the great buying experience.
