I can’t say enough about the dealership. I requested info on a truck and was promptly answered by an associate who was friendly and courteous. I eventually moved to telephone correspondence and had all my questions answered and put at ease. I felt comfortable with trusting the staff.nI don’t live local and was having a hard time scheduling a time to get to the dealership to test drive. In the end the dealership brought the truck to me and allowed me to take it for a ride in my own neighborhood.nI shopped for about a month and dealt with several sales staff from different dealerships and none as friendly as this. I believe there is something to be said for a smaller family owned business such as this. I’m happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Reed Chrysler in Beaver Dam. Awesome.

What an amazing experience! Bought a new Jeep, in and out in less than an hour. Scott gave us a great deal and stood by it. We've had experiences with other Jeep dealerships which were less than satisfactory (Horrible to be honest). Reed is a breath of fresh air! Thank you Scott!

Looked at a van on Saturday. It wasn't prepped and didn't have any gas in it, so only was able to take it around the parking lot. They said we could take it overnight when they got it done. They called Monday said it wasn't quite done yet. I told him I would be up Wednesday. Monday night got a text saying it was sold. Nice way to do business.

We are an Elite dealership in Southern California. Let me tell you that recently our client wanted a red Dodge Rebel with no rust, and Reed Chrysler had what we wanted. I am grateful to have worked with Scott, and their team to make this happen for our shared client who lives in Las Vegas. We had someone fly out to pick up the truck, and they went above and beyond to have the truck delivered right to the terminal rather than taking us back to the dealership!
