Great location right in the middle of Waunakee. The unit I rented had recently been updated and was very clean inside. The rental process was very easy and smooth.
I have stored my custom muscle car for 7 years. I always had professional service and never had any type of damage to my my car. I will continue to store my vehicle at Waunakee Mini Storage.
I tried to rent from this guy, and didn't even make it to signing a lease. In his lease, you have to allow him to enter your storage locker at any time, for any reason, without any notice. When I attempt to talk to him about this, he was incredibly rude and belligerent. He sounded quite drunk, and decided to raise his voice to me and tell me about every bad tenant that he's had in the past. I removed my items immediately and decided to rent somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

This has been a terrible experience. We put our things into storage as we are selling our home and buying another. Our unit now has water in the back of the unit that has ruined at least one piece of furniture and we can't be sure what else has been ruined! I have tried calling the manager of Waunakee Mini Storage and he has not answered nor returned my multiple voice mails. I do NOT recommend at all!
