Was wondering how the quality of my go-to Chang Jiang declined when I saw ratings on another site. I vowed to give an honest assessment. I got my order of CHOW mein and their chow mein is as close to traditional as you will find at any of the locations or anywhere around Madison to be honest. Beautiful, crunchy, fresh egg rolls! It was a perfectly executed, quickly served, and accurate order. This is a place that is no frills. Kitchen has always been run by men. Succinct ordering—quick and delicious food. If you want customer service, go to Kwik Trip. Good Chinese? The Muir Field Chang Jiang.
They always have my food ready in time
If you don't know, this is a to-go restaurant. They have couple of seats but you will get the food in the box. The food was tasty and the price was cheap. They put a lot of meat. I always go for combination for some fried rice and spring roll.
Please understand that the food is good but not prepared correctly! Poor quality prep. Food left out too long. Cook touches his mouth then touch everything else. Touches the food with hand all the time. I was a driver for them and say do nasty he made the food! If u dont believe me ask him where is the chicken stored that you about to eat? Its left out the whole time! Right next to the fryer!
Great food, awesome prices! The owner is super great! Delivery is fast and they always get my order right! Definitely reccomend!
