I'm a petite woman and there were no sizes for me to try on. Most sizes are 10, 12, and 20. While those sizes are fine, I wish that was posted on their website so it would've saved me a trip to the store. Also, the stylist rudely/awkwardly commented on my body type. Needless to say, it was an awkward and quick appointment.
They were so flexible, affordable, and truly a joy to work with. I'll continue to recommend them to all the brides in the area I know!
I had a great experience buying my wedding dress here! I wasn't super excited to go wedding dress shopping but they really made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything. A friend came along and brought her two toddlers, and they were so great and patient with the kids. I bought my dress pre-Covid, and Arlene was really accommodating when my wedding plans changed due to Covid. She ended up having my dress ready 2 months before I originally needed it and was flexible about the change in plans. Overall, I loved my dress and loved the experience.
