Little Caesars Pizza

Gals at the front were nice and helpful, the food was great, and the store was clean. Will be visiting again.

I am a frequent customer at this location but due to the disrespectful customer service that I had yesterday, I will never return to this location again. I ordered my food on the app like I normally do and since I was driving towards home it automatically pulled up the wrong location which I did not realize until after I ordered my food. I went in to pick up my food that I pre-paid on the app. The lady at the counter asked for my name and when I gave it to her she said it’ll just be a few minutes. I stood there for 15 minutes and then I asked her to please check on my order. At that point she said they didn’t have any order for me and I asked her why she didn’t verify that with me when she asked for my name the first time I wouldn’t have had to wait 15 minutes for no reason. So I asked her since I already paid for my food in if they could just somehow give me the food at that location. She was very rude and told me that she doesn’t have anything to do with the other locations and then if I wanted food from there that I would have to pay for it. I understand that I Made the initial mistake of choosing the wrong location but she could have spoken nicer to me with good customer service like I know that the company is expecting of them. I was still very kind and told her that I would just drive to the other location which was 20 minutes away to pick up the food that had already been sitting there for 30 minutes. As I was walking out of the door she said to me thanks for wasting my time. The other people waiting looked in we’re shocked that she said that to me and I just stared at her for one whole minute and then turned around and left. Drove all the way to the other location and picked up my cold food and then drive another 20 minutes home to feed the kids. Sun Prairie really needs to do better with their customer serviceI’d like to post this ladies picture unfortunately it will not allow me to.

First time ordering from this location. Got the new pizza (half pepperoni and half cheese sticks), it was plain, no salt, even the cheese had no salt and it was not flat, it was a thick pizza. The other pizza was a Supreme deep dish, it barely had any toppings on it, especially the veggies. They should at least make sure the toppings are on all the slices. This pizza was also not flavorful. Good thing I got the Garlic dip. Overall it was a disappointment.

I really appreciate the pick up portal option and the order was ready ahead of schedule too.

Actually,this location deserves a 0. Walked in there Friday Afternoon and walked right back out.A masked employee was helping an Unmasked customer.Where was management!I will not patronize any business that refuses to enforce the mask.And forget about the ability to social distance in small shops like Little Caesars!
