I have had my storage for about 3 yrs now. And out of any storage place ive seen or been in this one is the cleanest and most friendliest staff!! I usually deal with A young lady named Phoenix. If you go there tellem I sent ya!!
The Manager/owner named “Phoenix” at the facility is very, very rude. When I first got there to look into purchasing a unit, she came out and went off on me asking if someone else’s vehicle that was there was mine and I said no. And then she was like asking me again if it was mine and that I needed to move it after I had already told her that it wasn’t mine. She has no good customer service and pretty much makes up her own rules for the lot. Pretty much seems as if she has no life and nothing to do but to chase down tenants asking questions and get in their business. I know this because I shared a unit there with someone so I’ve had issues with her before, but she didn’t recognize me when I went to purchase a unit. Not to mention, when purchasing another unit, she made me stand outside and almost refused to let me inside in 115 degree weather. She finally let me inside but seemed as if she was freaking out and made me stand in a corner the whole time I was in there. When it came time to sign the paperwork, she made me go OUTSIDE to sign everything. That was very uncomfortable and very unnecessary! I literally got this new unit yesterday and I’m canceling it ASAP due to her rude comments and her attitude. I just want my money back and would not refer anyone there.
Great price for camper storage. Friendly staff. Easy access for customers. Clean, protective, staff on premises 24/7, cameras, gated.
Got my unit fast. Did the paper work online the night before and then signed in person the next day. when I went to get my keys. The receptionist Phoenix was nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and concerns she also reminded us about closing times and fees.
Phoenix at the front desk was helpful and friendly, excellent customer service. Well done and thank you for caring about your customers.
