I have rented a storage room for about 4 years this time and 15 years before at this location and have been very pleased with the staff and the hours. Your staff has always been willing to make me feel comfortable to talk to. Pia is always very understanding when it comes to issues if there are any. Thanks for making my stay a pleasant one. Good work .
We moved our daughter's belongings into the storage room today with a U-Haul truck and a person's vehicle was blocking our entrance to our unit. The manager was so helpful and asked the gentleman if he could move his vehicle a little so that we could pass by. Such a nice encounter by both parties and especially by the Manager of the Storage facility.
The management and employees are fantastic. However, the set up/design of the storage lot is HORRIBLE! I had a unit to the back and to the south and you CAN NOT get in and out of the drive area easily AT ALL! They had a second entry/exit gate at one point but they locked it off. So now you have to drive/back in and drive/back out to get anywhere on that side of the lot. I would have given a better score had the set-up been better or they reopens using the second gate.
The storage company is absolutely amazing. Low rates clean units and very friendly kind and understanding staff. I would recommend them to anybody and I'm proud to give them a 5-star rating.
