Mayra was on task.. she was efficient and thoughtful of my needs when showing me available storage units. The place was very clean and easy access to all the units.. they were very affordable, So I got 3. I highly recommend this place and Mayra for her really positive additive.. even with a mask you could tell she was smiling by her voice

I had originally rated this place 5 stars. I thought it was a great choice until I had an issue. I went to my storage to take stuff from my home it took me a while to unload my things into the storage unit. As I was leaving it wouldn't let me leave it would say "access denied." Access hours are from 6am to 9pm to me that meant like going into the storage not exiting (I was never explained otherwise) I had to call the number on the gate that said "non emergency" it was 9:24 pm when I called. The girl on the line told me she could help me and gave me a code to type in and to open the gate. She said "oh and by the way they are going to charge you $50." I asked why and she said I would have to talk to the property manager in the morning. So I call this morning, spoke with Mayra the property manager; she is the person who originally helped me get my unit as well. I explained what happened and she said "they charged your account for $50" I thought that was a bit unfair to be honest and I asked her that why wasn't all of this explained to me when I first came into rent the storage unit. She said she explained that to me (she didn't) the day I went in I told her it was my first time getting a storage unit. I am currently purchasing my first home and my closing date was postponed for a week later then anticipated. Still having to leave my lease I opted to get a storage unit. I ended up paying for the rest of September and all of October in advance even though I know I wouldn't need it for that long. She showed me a few units and went over prices and specials with me; that was it. I actually thought she was doing a great job as she was typing away on the computer, she was super nice and we were even having small talk about our kids. She even asked me to please give her a good review because they were doing a "review contest" at her job. After we were done she said " I emailed your receipt to you" but today when I called and we were going over what happened she said "it is all in your rental agreement that was emailed to you." I went to my email and sure enough a rental agreement was there, it was emailed to me signed already and I never signed it myself nor did I get to read it, but it was somehow electronically signed with my name on it. She said she would wait to get an email from the company I called then she would have to talk to her boss to see if they can "waive the fee." I'm currently waiting for a call back from her. As I'm waiting I printed out the rental agreement that has my name on it and read it completely word for word but that I did NOT sign or read before getting it sent to me, and it doesn't say anything about this "fee." I can honestly say that I do have the money to pay for this if I do end up getting charged but I do definitely think that this is all extremely wrong. So if you do decide to go with them make sure to ask to read the rental agreement before going forward with the transaction and make sure no one else signs it for you because it is legally binding. Also make sure to ask questions about everything!!!! The facility is honestly great but it is so sad to see them have such a great facility and to have people running it so poorly. Update: I finally received a call back and the owner was nice enough to waive the fee for me.

I’m updating my review addressing a new manager / employee FLO letting her know what a great idea making a QR code / that you hand your new tenant or move out tenant a small piece of paper with the QR CODE on it to scan or use your camera on a iPhone to instantly leave a review for your site Just Write your name on the bottom of the paper so they know who to address it to when they give you the review you all will be very pleased with this easy access for your new tenets thanks to Flo So if you want a awesome deal right now on any unit you want get here before 6pm and its yours ! ! This facility has gotten a huge face lift including new paint on the whole property and brand new Janis roll up doors and it is looking good

Mayra and the workers there were very kind and helpful... and answered all the questions I had... great attitude from them all... would definitely recommend this place... thank you for assisting me today Mayra!

I unexpectedly needed to move out of my unit. I kept an open line of communication the last few weeks, and each time I spoke to someone on the phone, everyone was very helpful, and informative. The unit I rented was very nice (a large 20x24 unit). The facility is very secure, and well kept up. Today I went in to finalize paperwork, and move out. The process was very easy. Hunter was very helpful, and nice to have a conversation with. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area!
