Up until yesterday, I had been pleased with the service and products I received from New Balance. Yesterday I bought a new pair of arch support inserts and was surprised when I was charged $75. I check the product and price on Google, $44. Needless to say, I will no longer do business with New Balance
The young lady that waited on me listen to me about my foot problems and recommended the shoes that should help my foot problems.nnAfter trying on the shoe in two different styles we found a fit perfect for me.nnI have and the shoes about a week now and my feet feel much better.nnMy thanks to her.nnShe was so nice and personable.nnI will shop here again and highly recommend this store.

Very helpful sales woman. Old guy working there just sat on the bench, was literally 2 feet from him, he didnt even get off the bench he was sitting on to help me. Good thing someone was working....
