Everything that is good smelling is in this store.nnI've only ever purchased the bath bombs, but they have a wide, rotating, and amazing selection with seasonal options. They're all intense - the colorful ones are vibrant and the glitter ones turn your bath into a shimmery dream pool. All leave you smelling amazing for hours.nnInitially, I was afraid they would be difficult to wash away/stain my bathtub walls but they rinsed perfectly fine/clean.
Always a welcoming atmosphere filled with true queens that are helpful and offer samples. My boyfriend came in to get me a present and the employee was so sweet to him and helped him with samples and picking out a gift. Lush is a great company and their values shine through with their Madison staff and location!
Edited review: While during the contactless pickup I had issues, this last weekend between a phone call and in-store pickup, the ladies on staff at Lush have been SO helpful! I wanted to change my review to show how great they were! I'd give a name shout-out if I could.
Best products & customer service ever. Can't get enough of this place.
I love lush. The customer service is always magnificent. It's smaller than the one in Milwaukee but it still had all my favorite products. I love the expertise the employees have. They also have great suggestions when you explain your skin, hair or just what you're looking for in general.nThey can be pricey....but people I promise you, it's worth it. Even if it's just something small....it's worth it to treat yourself.
