I had such a wonderful experience at this store last week. I cannot remember the employee's name who helped me unfortunately (kicking myself for not asking), but she was wonderful! I stopped in looking for a very specific style and size of jeans in a tall. After picking out numerous pairs for me to try that were similar, she got online to check for availability. They were sold out online, so she went on to e-mail stores that looked as if they might have that pair in store and give them my information so I could order through another store. I was so excited to be able to get a pair, the best customer service I have received in a long time!
Nancy was so helpful during my shopping trip at Madewell. I'm really petite and finding jeans is always really challenging, but Nancy gave me 10 pairs to try and was really helpful about finding sizes. They hemmed them for free, and I've never been more confident in a pair of pants. Despite the most expensive cost, I will 100% buy more pairs for the quality and great experience I had in store
Small store, but I love this brand and the location here in Madison.
