HORRIBLE customer service!!! They are not letting people try on clothes due to covid19, which is kind of understandable - they let people touch the clothes though ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f I was told that I could try on some jeans at home and then return them for a full refund. I returned jeans three times as I couldn’t find ones that fit. On the third time they said I couldn’t get a refund, just store credit. That’s not what I was told before I made the transaction. I’m frustrated because I talked to the manager who told me she it’s just the way it is and couldn’t do anything about the situation.

I really dislike shopping for jeans. That said, I had such a great experience at the Lucky sore at Hilldale a couple weeks ago. The owner was so hands on, listening to the fit I like, and serving as my personal shopper, bringing me various styles and sizes to try on. She actually made the experience fun and I left with two super cute jeans. Thanks for your amazing customer service!

I absolutely highly regard this store and shopping experiences I have had here! VERY FRIENDLY, empathetic and accommodating staff. They treat everyone as equals and it's so fun to chat laugh and hang out.nnOne of the associates has been so helpful and understanding towards my needs. Her kindness literally makes my day better. I will be shopping for jeans and fun clothes more here! I'll say that much! It is worth it for the customer service and the products deliver too! If there's ever a problem, they are more than willing to help resolve any inconvenience! Nice work!
