Damien and his crew give the best customer service. Super clean facility. You can tell that they have pride in the company.
Just recalling how the manager spoke to me. Not hi. First word out of his mouth can you return the truck early? Well I asked for the time frame I thought I needed. But I can try. Yeah we don't have the dolly you reserved either. But his I don't care it's your problem not mine attitude. A child entitled. Doesn't care to treat people with respect. No empathy. Not even sure he kowns the meaning as he told me his tone respect and empathy were fine. Not sure what planet that's on. The ladies were nice. My truck was good. My advice is go early expect along wait and if you deservedly they may not have it. Don't go when the manager is there.

Lock for unit broke - had to leave unit unlocked & go to 51st & Glendale to find an employee, who was of no help because there by herself.
